Meeting organized by Promolibro Colombia, the Colombian Book Chamber and Andrea Herrera, press attaché. The talk highlights the inconsistencies and absurdities of institutional bureaucracy in the healthcare system, all over the world, as evidenced by Protocol 48. It also presents Flor de Araribá, especially the problems generated by the abuse of the agro-industrial multinationals in the environment and the political and corrupt powers that support them.
