Gloria Macher is a Peruvian-Canadian novelist, poet, and short-story writer based in Montreal. Author of eight books published by Editorial Verbum in Madrid, she is the recipient of the International Latino Book Award and a finalist for the Verbum Ibero-American Award and the International Narrative Prize of the University of Castilla-La Mancha. Her work has appeared in Spanish, English, and French and has been presented at literary festivals and book fairs across Canada, Latin America, and Europe.

Quattro Pro Publisher has relinquished publication rights; the completed English translation is currently available for new publication and representation.
